...mindestens 1x pro Woche backe ich Brot. Manchmal einen Hefezopf und manchmal ein schnelles Kastenweißbrot. Meist schiebe ich den Backtag auf einen "Schlechtwetternachmittag"so können auch die Jungs mithelfen, was sie echt total gerne machen und es wirklich einfach und schnell gemacht ist.
Fürs ein Kastenweißbrot braucht man:
100 ml Milch
500 g Weizenmehl
1 Pck. Trockenbackhefe
1 gestr. TL Zucker
1 schwach gehäufter TL Salz
2 Eier
1 Eigelb
1 Becher Creme fraiche (150g)
etwas Fett
und Semmelbrösel
und so gehts....
die Milch im Topf erwärmen und das Mehl in eine Rührschüssel sieben. Das gesiebte Mehl mit der Trockenbackhefe vermischen und den Zucker, das Salz, Creme fraiche, die Eier + das Eigelb sowie die erwärmte Milch zugeben und mit dem Rührgerät (Knethaken) zu einem glatten Teig verrühren.
Den Teig anschließend zugedeckt an einem warmen Plätzchen gehen lassen (ca. 20 Minuten, oder bis er sich sichtbar vergrößert hat).
In der Zwischenzeit schon mal den Backofen vorheizen , die Kastenform fetten und mit Semmelbröseln ausstreuen.
Den Teig aus der Schüssel nehmen, gut durchkneten und in die Form geben.
Den Teig in der Form nochmals zugedeckt gehen lassen. (ca. 20 Minuten oder bis er sich sichtbar vergrößert hat).
Anschließend den Teig mittig mit einem scharfen Messer ca. 1cm einschneiden, dabei den Teig nicht drücken, sondern nur schneiden!
Mit einem Backpinsel den Teig noch kurz mit etwas Wasser bestreichen und in den Ofen schieben.
Bei 180 Grad (Ober-/Unterhitze) 45 Minuten backen.....
.....das Brot auskühlen lassen, aus der Form nehmen und geniessen....
...z.Bsp. mit lecker Himbeermarmelade....
Geht doch ganz schnell und einfach, oder?
